LISA’S WEDDING DAY STORY
FRIENDS TURNED LOVERS: Lisa met Cam through mutual friends while on a night out at a pub on Chapel Street. They began friends soon after which eventually lead them to start dating.
THE PROPOSAL: Cam got down on one knee while the couple were holidaying in Europe. In Paris for Bastille Day, he had planned to propose that night as there would be fireworks, however Lisa got a little too drunk, so he proposed the next day instead – at sunset overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Lisa says that it was the most romantic gesture he has ever done!
LAVANDER LOVIN’: The couple got married at the Marquee Reception at Eynesbury Homestead. They also decided on a garden ceremony with 75 guests in attendance. Lisa wanted to keep things simple and decided on a lavender colour scheme within a rustic setting. The bridesmaids dresses were lavender and all the flowers were a mixture of white, purple and pink. The marquee was a blank canvas which allowed Lisa to hire the décor of her choosing.
BRIDES DRESS: Datto Bridal Design. Lisa also got her veil, belt and hair piece from Datto Bridal Design.
BRIDES ADVICE:
